Prices include V.A.T., water, power and gas consumption and bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens. Weekly linen changes. Use of pool, bikes, barbecue, ping pong, swings for children, parking for car.

• Extra bed € 50,00 per week. 
• Air conditioning 5 euro per day

• Change of linen intra-week € 5,00 for person.
• Extra cleaning € 15 per person
• washing machine (for shared use) € 5,00
• Small pets allowed with a supplement of € 15.00 on the final cleaning.
• Prices not include visitor's tax (introduced by the Municipality of Cortona form 15th aprile 2012): 2 euro per person by night, up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years of age are exempt.

Final cleaning charge:

• Loggia and Cipresso € 50,00
• Mimosa € 40,00
• Querce and Acace € 30,00
• Ippocastano € 60,00

Payment:

• 30% down-payment upon reservation.
• Balance to be paid upon arrival.
• Check-in: Saturdays between 4pm and 7 pm. Check-out: Saturdays by 10 am. Guests are kindly requested to phone in if traveling late.
• Free stay available.
• Reservations will be valid only once the funds are successfully received.
• In case of cancellation of reservation before 30 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be withheld. After the 30 days and before the 7 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the whole amount will be charge. Beyond this last term, the whole amount will be charge.

Claims: all claims relating to failures in the execution of the contract shall be promptly notified by the customer so as to allow for a remedy to be taken.

Guests will be asked for their passport.
