30% down-payment upon reservation.
Balance to be paid upon arrival.
- Check-in: Saturdays between 4pm and 7 pm. Check-out: Saturdays
by 10 am. Guests are kindly requested to phone in if traveling late.
- Free stay available.
- Reservations will be valid only once the funds are successfully received.
- In case of cancellation of reservation before 30 days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be withheld. After the 30 days and before the 7 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the whole amount will be charge. Beyond this last term, the whole amount will be charge.

- Claims: all claims relating to failures in the execution of the
contract shall be promptly notified by the customer so as to allow
for a remedy to be taken.
- Guests will be asked for their passport.
- Small animals will be admitted with a 15,00 € supplement
on final cleaning expenses.
